A Warm Welcome and a Secure Space: Family Room Chicago’s New Access Policy
At Family Room Chicago, we're always looking for ways to improve your experience and create a welcoming, secure environment for your family. As our community has grown, we are taking the next planned step in our growth by implementing an enhanced access policy to manage our increased volume and maintain a high-quality experience for everyone.
This is a proactive measure and is not in response to any specific incident. This new policy will be rolled out gradually through September. Our front desk associates will be on hand to personally assist with entry as we all get used to the new process, ensuring a smooth transition for everyone. Our goal is to create a seamless experience that accommodates parents and families. Day-to-day operations won't feel different, and this change shouldn't cause any stress.
Access Details:
Members: All current members will receive a unique, personalized access code to use for entry. These codes are tied to family accounts and should not be shared.
Day Pass Holders (Pre-ordered): Customers who purchase a day pass online in advance will receive an access code via email before their scheduled visit.
Walk-ins: Guests seeking to purchase a day pass on-site must enter with their children at the front door to gain access to the reception area.
Family Room Chicago reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at the discretion of its staff.
